Refund policy
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

- Perishable goods such as food products cannot be returned.
- No refunds are provided for imported fresh produce or frozen products.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
2. Refunds
- Store Credit Only: All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. No cash refunds are provided.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item and proof of purchase, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 1 week.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at rootsandgreenspk@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
5. Return Shipping
- Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
